Really enjoying the results thus far, they are subtle but still noticeable to me. But what has won me over more than the “cosmetic results” is how I feel! So I used to get tension headaches especially at night. My days are chaotic and loud so it would never fail that when I would sit down to rest, I would get a headache. I actually haven’t gotten one lately and I am assuming it is because these have helped loosen the muscles in my jaw that were previously so tense because of stress. Will continue to use and hopefully continue to feel the results as well as see them.

Really like these goofy jaw exercisers; they work well to exercise your jaw, and the "program" recommendations were spot-on for me. Only issue is that the heavy-duty one has started to split at the top on the inside of the hole cut-out; this means that it's probably not providing the same resistance that it was at first. Still a great product, though.

Great to use will driving… just make sure your windows are tinted because people will stare.
