So I'm only a few days into these so there is not a lot to say about results. But I can tell you that the pills do not make me feel nauseous when I take them on an empty stomach (like a lot of vitamins do). After 30 days, I am looking forward to seeing what effect this has on my beard. I already have a pretty full beard, length-wise. But I am hoping that this adds to the fullness and healthiness of it. But who knows, since I already have one beard, maybe this will start growing a whole new second beard somewhere else out of my head. I will post pics if that happens.

I've been using these for the past month, and I'm sorry to say that I've noticed absolutely no benefit to my beard thickness or density. There's been no appreciable increase in growth rate, either. I'm disappointed, because I was really hoping for a little more thickness in my beard, but no such luck. The only thing keeping it from being one star for me is that it's a good general mix of supplemental vitamins, so it still has some value for general wellness.

If you are only taking this supplement, it is nice that it also has other Vitamins, but it is not a complete multivitamin. Made in USA Negatives: If you are taking a complete multivitamin, then there will be overlap with this one containing Vitamins A,C,D,E,B6 and B12, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid and Zinc, MSM. It is not a complete multivitamin; the detailed ingredients were not listed on Amazon but did on the bottle. I prefer a formulation of just hair supporting supplements and leave the vitamins for a multivitamin. Are the Chained Triglycerides needed? I take all my supplements without the capsule. When you remove the capsule, there is an unexpected effervescence . New to me are Fo-Ti Root, Silica from Bamboo, Alpha Lipoic Acid - so don't know if it is one of those.

I got this recently. It is a bottle with 60 capsules. This is good. A nice multivitamin, with a focus on hair growth. Specifically beards it says...but hairs hair. And this is loaded with good stuff for your hair. I included pics of the supplement facts....so judge for yourself. I have long hair. Have had long hair most of my life.
