It works..
The item came sealed in a box, the heating levels are great and comes with timer also, the material fabric is nice and soft. I just haven't tried washing it. overall I am satisfied with this product.

I bought it for my family in India . The product was Very Bad and inefficient.No straps / velcro to buckle with the heating pad with the arms / legs. The electric cord is short in length and not allowing to use it comforatbly

Good fabric quality and sleep time funtion
It was made with high-quality fabric, and it was very comfortable. It had a easy to use controller to change temperature and config timer to switch off (it's very helpful to use it at night)
