The item is all you need to hang a door mirror. It even included good hardware and a screwdriver. It took maybe 10 minutes to mount the hooks on the back of the mirror and it's working perfectly.

I like the options to adjust height. Hold my mirror which is probably around 10-15 lbs without issue. I put some double sided heavy duty tape on the bottom of each corner of the mirror because when you close or open the door the mirror knocks against the door. Simple fix.

These hooks are not going to work for me because my mirror has an oak frame. And although the seller claims that the hooks can hold up to 20 lbs, I wouldn't dare test that on a mirror weighing anything more than 8 or maybe max 10 lbs. I'd be the one sweeping up the shards of glass when the system failed, not the seller. That said, though the metal of these hooks bends a bit too easily for my comfort level, I can see these being ideal for one of those rather flimsy door mirrors that are sold all over the place. The hooks come in two parts and are adjustable. What's nice about these, too, is that you don't have to put holes in your door, just your mirror. The set comes with the teensiest black screws I've ever seen--another indication that it is meant to hang very, very lightweight mirrors. If that's what you have, this should work. For a heavier frame, I wouldn't chance it. Also, because the hooks need to be screwed to the back of your mirror, they won't work with a metal frame.

Thought it was pretty cool or dame with a screwdriver! But kind of confusing assembly. No instructions.

It was very easy to install on the back of a full length mirror.

Worked well. I used it to hang a mirror on a door in an RV & since the door is not as thick, the hooks were too wide but I made it work.
