If anyone looking for soft memory foam, then this is not for you. I do have a cervical soft memory foam pillow and it didn't help my neck pain much. This one is quite firm (probably medium firm) and exactly what I need for my neck pain. The quality of foam and the outer cover is very good. However, as mentioned in the description, it DOES NOT comes with a removable/additional foam inserts but I'm completely satisfied with what I got. I actually ordered another one too.
