Really helpful for my POTS symptoms Liquid I.V. has made a noticeable difference in how I manage my POTS symptoms. Since starting it, I’ve felt more hydrated and stable throughout the day. It’s reassuring to have something that actually helps, and the flavours taste really nice too – not overly sweet or artificial. I do think they’re on the pricier side, but for me, the benefits have been worth it. It’s become a staple in my daily routine, especially on tougher days. Highly recommend if you’re looking for extra hydration support!

Love these! I was a bit hesitant at first but these are so tasty and help hydrate. These are brilliant and they aren't thick like some others. They taste amazing, literally like buying flavoured water but with the added extras. Boost energy levels and dissolve easily, they're good to keep in your bag and use them through out your day. Very efficient and love how the come with different flavours Highly recommend.

I drink electrolytes everyday for POTS and liquid IV hydration sachets and some of the easiest to drink. They have good ratios of quality salt and other electrolytes and aren't full of sugar. They are however quite sweet, so I use one sachet per a litre or add more salt. They're also better if you add ice or add really cold water. Their only downfall is they're very expensive, I tend to stock up when they're on offer.

This isn't a bad way to hydrate. But the reason for my 3 is because its expensive for what it is and each servings has calories which I don't want. The Taste is a 10 though. I don't need to add anything to it because its all tastes great but a 2 or 3 of these can really screw up your calories So its only a score of 3 for me. It tastes good But is expensive, its only recommended to have 1 per day and the calories are too high for me.

I love these liquid iv electrolytes! Tastes so good and real and I feel more hydrated as well when I use these. The only problem is that it's pricey.
