Bought this replacement piece as my old Dyson’s brush had cracked. Didn’t want to replace it with an original part as too expensive and my Dyson is quite old now. It’s an excellent replacement and I would say, it’s better than the other brush as picks up ALL of the budgie seed & feathers now that they are both moulting! The other didn’t pick the feathers up. There is a different noise to it, but it’s only used on carpet not wood or vinyl. Excellent performance and excellence value for moneyz

Excellent! Fits my Dyson perfectly, feels even better quality than the original part.

My Dyson stopped picking up, I could see that the fault was with the head as the roller was not going around even when on full power. I tried the other attachments and they worked fine. I did not want to spend money on a new vacuum unnecessarily so checked to see if spare accessories could be bought. Amazon came up trumps and delivered one the very next day. I am now vacuuming everywhere with great suction once again.

Much louder than the original head, in fact didn't really notice any noise from original at all. However the suction is as good as original (which isn't to say "good", because original was also poor at lifting anything bigger than a particle of dust, but that's Dyson for you)

This brush head does not fit my Dyson Animal at all. The brush head tube which is meant to slide into the Dyson tube has a strip on either side which stops it from fitting. My Dyson Animal does not have corresponding grooves.
