No demo provided but Nice product. See YouTube and learn everything. Robo connects mobile wifi using smart life app. Positive : Basic function Just switch on and go. Negative : No Room mapping in smart life app.

It's been over two months since I first reported a complaint about my Eureka Forbes Robo Vac n Mop X3, which I purchased on 08/05/2023. Despite the considerable duration, there has been no resolution or acknowledgment from the customer service team. This extended delay in addressing my concerns is highly frustrating, especially considering the substantial investment made in a product with the expectation of quality service. I urge Eureka Forbes to expedite the resolution process and provide the assistance promised under the warranty terms. A timely response and effective resolution are crucial for maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.

No home demo for this product. No users manual. It works automatically. Just switch on, it will clean and come back to the base. You can also control it with Smart life app after connecting in same WiFi network Better you can book a home demo from Forbes website and learn how to use and buy online or direct....

Stupid product. Amazon and eureka forbes delivered faulty product and Noone listen to the customer. Stupid service by company and amazon. I suggest don't purchase product from Amazon and eureka forbes.
