Nice sized pill and very easy to swallow. I only buy NOW vitamins, and I usually enjoy them all and how they make me feel. Only time will tell if this helps with my male performance (the main reason for trying).

This product was recommended to me by some friends in the medical field. I have also been taking other NOW supplements over the years and have found their products to be of the utmost quality and very consistent. Regarding the results, there is quite a bit of research on Ginkgo Biloba, so I would encourage everyone to do some research based on the reason you want to take it and the documented results. This is a very SAFE supplement and I have not had any issues; however, again do your research based on other supplements and medications you are taking.
