If you have a mirror with no power cable then the included cable that plugs into the diagnostics port makes it easy to DIY. Otherwise you would have to tap into the fuse box for the power. The quality of the 4K camera is excellent. The fact that integrates perfectly in the car's mirror structure makes it cleaner looking.

The kit is a perfect fit, includes all basic install parts, and looks completely OEM the way it’s integrated into my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. The included T harnesses. Make it a literal 5-10 installation if you only want it to record while running. It’s as easy and pop off the old mirror cowl, plug the correct T Harness inline and snap the camera/cowl in place.Now as far as the camera itself and software, it could be better. The video quality is fine, but the app and software options leave a lot on the table. It’s a very basic DashCam, but does the job. I just would like to see more options like speed, GPS, etc. The app could def be better with more features, but it’s acceptable.It’d also be nice to have an option to tap the existing digital rear view camera if ever possible, but that’s a tall order and I do wish there was a 12V constant for Parking Mode right at the harness on the window, but they do include an ODB connector to do that which just would require a bit more wire routing.Overall, for the price this is the camera to get for your vehicle if you want a clean looking factory like install.

After it was installed we realized that it stays on all night. We contact customer service and after three days we decided to return it as defective so that they would send us another one. However, we also had to cancel the replacement because four days later the shipment was still pending, between the camera and the customer service a total disaster.

Installed it in a 2023 Grand Cherokee. Pretty ez install. Watch some YouTube vids. Phone kept wanting to connect to Android Auto and bumping off the cam but was able to connect to it and set it up. Video looks good to me. Bit pricey but love the OEM look. Hate to have extra wires hanging about.

Product was easy to install and looks just like OEM. Remember to remove the protective lens cover before use.

If you have a 2019-2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited or 50th Anniversary Edition with an option package that includes a factory installed 4G LTE radio hotspot, this dash cam and custom bezel will not work. The 4G LTE radio module is located under the same rear view mirror housing in front of the rear view mirror. This is the same location where this dash camera and replacement bezel installs. There is not enough clearance for the replacement bezel (C option) because the 4G LTE radio takes up all the space under the bezel

I'll take the aesthetics, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars vs 3. It'd be a 2 for the shoddy harnesses alone, had to redo a couple of pins. The video quality seems to be pretty good, but haven't spent time reviewing the recordings fully. Also, wish there was a way to just have a notification sound without the annoying voice. They also didn't have a good wiring diagram to know how the 3 wires could be connected. They gave 2 options with incl harnesses, but was able to wire 2 (red and black) with the incl overhead harness and then used a previously ran 12v batt wire for the parking power (yellow wire). There wasn't an available diagram which there should be.
