Excellent product for great price.
Great product without the hefty price tag. Sound is remarkably good and not as quiet as other review noted. Setup is super easy and the button usage is easy with gloves. I went with this brand because it combined all of the high quality features of the overpriced devices without the sticker price. It is waterproof, has a mesh network with auto reconnect and a large knob to adjust volume quickly and easily. UPDATE: After having a chance to use this product with a friend riding on trails and streets, this is 100% a no brainer. It has all of the features of the leading 2 brands with none of the cost. The only "negative" I would say is that I have been told that the speakers for those other systems are very good and these aren't as high end. To me that's not worth $300 when I'm wearing ear plugs and trying to ignore the engine/tire noise. I have two of these installed. For my enduro I run ear monitors connected into the speaker lines (had a local music/electronics shop do the work). My buddy just uses the speakers. The other setup is for my cruiser where I wear earplugs for road noise and the included speakers. The earplug/speaker setup isn’t as rich as the monitors but nothing is going to be musician quality into your ears. This mesh network syncs super easily and heals quickly without any input from the user. We lose each other a lot going down different trails and it connects back up before we have eyes on each other. Works well in the forest. The communication is clear and with very little wind noise. I'm so thankful I looked around before spending 2.5x on the "leading" brands. If you’re looking for a two person comm setup this is definitely an excellent choice. I’ll be buying more for my wife’s helmet as well

Dual setup
Purchase this set so my son and I could communicate and listen to music. Also missed not having to use earbuds. After reading numerous reviews and not really getting anywhere in my discision I chose this set. 1st the look cought my eye. Former other brand lower profile user I find most to look futuristically terrible and bulky. These didn't. Then there was the battery life and placenta of the buttons. Finally the hopefulness in the advertisement of a quality system for a wallet friendly price. I've been riding for 30+ years and doo most of my riding commuting on the highways /freeways at higher speeds. Most of the rides we attend are larger group rides. Currently ride a Ducati Monster. I've owned 3 other sets; 2 were well known popular brand/models and 1 cheap cheap (not recommended ever) pair. Arrived quickly and the packaging was excellent. Installation was easy opting to use the attached mics. Several rides and time has been taken to find the best place for the speakers using additional hook-n-loom pads as spacers to move the speakers as close to the ear as possible without sacrificing too much comfort. Also used a EQ app to provide a better adjustment in sound. FYI you should use a EQ if you haven't your missing out. Buttons are easy to use and locate with gloves. Tested also with winter all weather gloves with no issue locating the buttons. My 10yr son figured it out withing a few minutes of our 1st ride with these. He even figured out how to use the larger button to make a voice assisted phone call in that time. The units work well and have tested every function listed. The only complaint I could come up with is the volume could be raised a little. To be completely fair all Bluetooth intercom systems struggle with this. Music and calls are great while cruising around town, Son agrees. It's when we're out on the highway or with the large group rides that the vocals/voices gets drown out.its also an issue with using the intercom feature. Neither one of us can make out what each other is saying clearly and have to repeat a lot. Had this issue with other brands mentioned . This doesn't seem to be that case for being on the other end of a phone call. Reports are that there is very little to no wind noise and can be heard clearly. Riding around town at lower speeds are great with no issues hearing the other rider or person on a call. Now that that was said the sender did message about a software update available if found that the volume is too low to raise the volume. I've engage the seller and in the processing. Customer service has been friendly. I will definitely update with the results. This set is an great alternative to the 2 big companies in this realm. I didn't have another 400 to drop on a slim set and so far happy with my purchase. Will most likely by an additional set for my wife and daughter when they start riding next season. Ultimately the lower value at higher speeds kept me from giving this 5stars. If the update raises the volume I'll up my rating as I really like these. Pics to show how it looks in a normal picture installed. Hope this helps someone. Be safe and keep on riding.. Update !!! I have the new set and was able to try it out for a few all day rides and what an improvement. I assume the gain was increased possibly and was able to clean up the sound with the built-in EQ in my phone settings. Very happy with this model and great customer service. They were quick to respond and solve my issue. Thank you.

Overall Decent Product
The packaging it came in was more than sufficient to protect it from shipping "issues". Initial installation was fairly easy, but the mount for your helmet it very rigid and does not necessarily conform to the shape of anywhere on your helmet. This has led to me accidentally pulling the mount off my helmet when removing to charge the device. The charging port is recessed, preventing water from entering during rainstorms (I live in the PNW so this is great). You'll need to have a slim profile USB-C to be able to get into the port to charge it. The battery life is great, I usually only have to charge it once a week from daily riding. The sound of the music is "Meh", but I wasn't expecting Sennheiser quality for 100$. Phone calls are (I'm told) clear and nobody notices I'm riding during the call unless someone honks. I can highly recommend this product for every use aspect expect the mounting plate it comes with, so well worth your time and the price (1/3 of a nice Cardo with similar features)

Great Headset and Customer Support.
These Headset Comms are a great value at this price point and make ridding with others or with someone riding pillion way more fun and much safer. If riding alone then you can listen to music or take a phone call if necessary. I recently got my girlfriend to start riding and being able to communicate while on the road while she was learning has been indispensable. Debris in the road, cager about to pull out and cut you off? The ability to call it out and warn each other, or to give pointers about why I'm doing what I'm doing what I'm doing, has helped her ride confidently and safely. Before she started riding her own bike she would ride pillion on mine and having the ability to talk instead of using the hand signals we'd developed put her at ease which made her less tense and thus made both of us safer, as I could remind her to lean with me, etc. She is now riding an 2006 SV650 with a slip on and I ride a 2003 ZX12R with a PC & full exhaust and even at highway speeds the sound quality and volume level are more than adequate, for both the intercom function and for listening to music. The ability to share a music source between the 2 devices is also a nice feature and switching from the music mode back to intercom is as simple as tapping the button on the headset. Setting the devices up to pair with our phones as well as each other is simple and works well with voice prompts and a tone once connected. Once set up the 1st time they automatically pair with your phone and will pair up with the other intercom with a push of a button on the device. The build quality of the device is better than I expected, and the head set and microphone is better than other similarly priced products. The range is also surprisingly long, at least a few city blocks, and of you really need more than that just call the other person and you can use your phones for unlimited range. The battery life is also great and can be checked by looking at the Bluetooth settings on your phone. It will also remind you to charge once it falls below a set point. They also come with 2 different ways to mount the device to your helmet. The earphones fit in the cut outs in helmets designed to accept them and will also fit comfortably into helmets with out the cut outs. Installation is as simple as removing the pads from the helmet (great time to wash them), sticking in the provided Velcro, running the cables, and tucking in the wires behind the pads. It can take a bit of experimenting to find the perfect position for the headphones if your helmet isn't made to accept them but any volume issues are 100% resolved once they are positioned correctly. The devices are water resistant and durable, so no worries about getting caught out in the rain or quickly unplugging the device and tossing it in your pocket to run into a store, though I would be careful with the wiring when doing so, but as long as you don't just rip the thing off your helmet your fine. Finally the customer service is awesome! The devices have a warranty that the company stands behind and they responded extremely quickly to and questions. I had previously purchased a cheaper set of comms which were about the same price point but were absolute junk. One of the devices quit working and the others headset's mic went out before the headphones gave out, all within a few months. Don't spend $600 on a single Comm Unit or waste your hard earned money on junk. I honestly can't imagine any way that they could be worth that kind of dough when you can get solid reliable device for a fraction of the cost with better customer support and service than anything else on the market. Do yourself and your partner/riding buddies a favor and get this device and spend the cash you save on new gear or a project bike.

Great product and great customer service
I have two sets of these headsets and they work great especially riding in pairs of two. Easy set up and once initially connected each time after is a breeze. Music and phone call quality is good and they are easy to use once you learn the commands. Had an issue with one of my headsets and contacted the seller through Amazon, although Amazon stated give them 48 hours to respond, they got back to me within an hour and was quick to resolve my problem. I bought these to help teach my wife and son to ride and being able to communicate with them is awesome. Recently got the upgraded X10 version and while messing around with it realized with them my original sets could connect to them through the mesh intercom feature which says supports up to 10 headsets. So now we can ride and all three communicate as well as my younger son who rides with me sometimes. I feel like these are a good value based on the big name versions cost. The quality is good the battery life is better than stated which is great. The sound quality is good enough for music but fine for talking and they are fairly user friendly. I don’t think anyone looking for a Bluetooth headset would be disappointed with purchasing these. Update: Been using these headsets for 3 months now and still pleased with the performance. I added a picture of some of my helmets with these installed and as you can see I believe in quality helmets knowing they can save your life. Just because you buy a $500 or $600 helmet doesn't mean you have to spend as much on a headset because these are great and the service after the sell is even better.

Good product for the price. More than 2 riders on intercom??
This product is fairly good for the price. Packaging is great and easy installation. I enjoyed the mounting options (stick on or clip). Easy to work while riding. Easy to pair to another XGP. While talking through a phone call at 80 mph with the device turned up to max I can still hear the other person through all the wind and noise of the bike. The person on the other side of the phone call said they couldn’t hear the bike at all at lower speeds and when I wasn’t talking at higher speeds. When at high speeds they can hear the bike when i spoke through the mic but was still able to understand everything I was saying. Both Mic options seemed to work just the same. We installed the soft mics into our helmets. I’m still reviewing off the first charge and after about 6-7 hrs of intercom and music use the percentage dropped from 100% to 80%. The distance is improperly advertised. Between two XGPs we got about 150m away from each other before disconnecting. My right speaker (longer cord) seems to be quieter than the left where my xgp sits. Things I wish they added to the information sheet: the amount of riders that can be connected. I understand that only two people can interact/talk to each other in the coms but my main question is can multiple people connect and still hear while the two people are talking through the coms. Along with that, can they switch who can talk almost like a walkie-talkie. This would be really nice to know so I can get my friends to buy this product.

Pretty good for the price point
Okay, we all know the big name brands and how much they cost, this cost approx 1/4 of that. Installation was a breeze for me and Ive never installed one of these before or used one so I have nothing for comparison. Sound quality is decent, music quality does not have much base at all and seems to have a lot of highs in it, can be a little harsh to the naked ear, however, Ive been wearing ear plugs to cut down on wind noise and salvage my hearing and I could here this with 0 problems and the music sound quality I thought sounded better with earplugs but we all know that music sound quality is going to be subjective to everyone anyhow. Call sound quality was great, I had 0 problems hearing who I was talking to and they were quite surprised that I was riding my motorcycle on the call. I am a fan of the dial on this because I wear gloves and it make things easy but the buttons are pretty easy to find even with a gloved hand. This thing was super easy to connect to my phone and the phone assistant works well. I dont have anyway to test the mesh network on these and right now I dont have a way to test the connection to another style of headset because Im a solo most of the time.....but everything else seems to work fine......again, I have nothing to compare it to, but Im not at all disappointed for the price point. I would say if your in the market for a bluetooth headset for a helmet and you dont want to or cant spend 400 dollars on one, you should seriously consider one of these XGP X10 models. If there is a question its installed on an HJC i70 helmet with the clip mount and it went on flawlessy.

Incredible value at a fantastic price point!
I am new to motorcycle communications, so I have no previous products of comparison, other than seeing what my friends use. I wanted to get into something that didn't break the bank, but allowed me to have professional features and quality. I couldn't be happier with this unit! So much so that I now own three of them! I am only doing trail riding with close proximity to other riders, so I have no experiences with long distances and this unit. However, no issues with trees/ hills/ valleys diluting the signal between riders. Pros: Incredible value for the price point. The packaging is incredibly sturdy and, dare I say, classy and top-shelf (reminded me of the quality of Apple products in their packaging). Up to ten units can be used in a MESH setup (The three I have VERY easily pair with each other, identify themselves, and unpair/ repair successfully as needed). Bluetooth is super-solid for calls, music, or connecting with other comm systems of a different brand. Microphone and speaker systems are clear and loud, with plenty of cabling to route through your helmet. Wiring connections (microphone to the speakers, and speakers to the unit) and snug and built to protect against moisture. Helmet attachment of the unit has two options... one via clipping it to the helmet, the other is more "permanent" with double-sided tape. Both ways feel very secure and solid. Buttons and knob have a nice, solid feel to them and respond reasonably fast via bluetooth. Two year warranty, as long as you register them. Customer support is very quick and friendly! Cons: To my ears, the speakers are a bit "tinny" or "thin." But, not unreasonable in any way. With earplugs, it softens the edges. My ignorance led me to believe that I could take these units and MESH with other brands, which I find is not the case. They can only mesh to the same brand and model, from my understanding and experience. I CAN connect via bluetooth to other brands of systems, but I believe you sacrifice one of the two bluetooth chips to do so. Again, I could be incorrect on that, but that's what I've experienced so far. For someone wanting to get into comm systems at a lower price-point, but experience high-level features and quality, this is a fantastic setup to consider! I have no reason to use anything else. And at this price point, if one gets destroyed on the trails for any reason, it's not too expensive to toss it and buy another one to replace it. Great product, great company... I'm thrilled!
