Great for the price. good taste

UPDATE** I was having trouble getting the powder to dissolve all the way and distribute the flavor all throughout the bottle, and I solved my problem. First, you need to know I use these in a 32 oz. cup, so I use 2 packets. I empty the packets in the empty cup and fill the cup about 1/4 full of water and swirl, swirl, swirl. Then I fill it about 1/2 full and do the same thing. Then I finish filling it with water and stir. This seems to distribute the flavor better and I get consistent flavor through the drinking of the whole cup. If you're using a larger cup, too, I hope this helps you! -------------------------- I'd been ordering the bottled Propel water for many months and was spending a fortune as I drink exclusively Propel water. I decided to try these powder packets to save money and crossed my fingers I'd like these as well as the bottled water. I'm not disappointed! Yay. These powder packets open easily. You just add water and stir. I will say it takes a bit to get this powder to dissolve all the way. A little extra stirring is no biggie, especially since I'm saving so much money vs. the bottles. I think you get a little more of the flavor with these powder packets. You get 50 packets per box, 4 different flavors (you get 2 grape flavor). I like all the flavors, thank goodness, but my favorite is raspberry lemonade which isn't available in bottles. If you like Propel water in the bottles and are looking to save some money, this powder is a good way to go.

Good product to supplement with water and mix up the flavor profile but the price of these are now OUT OF CONTROL so I'll be deleting from subscribe and scripting. Unbelievable!

I’ve purchased this type of Propel in the powder packets since 2021 when I began having difficulty purchasing the 16.9 ounce bottles of Propel as they were out of stock often. I thought I’d give the packets a try & make the Propel myself. I’m so glad I did! This is now a daily staple for me! I loved Propel long before purchasing these packets because of the electrolytes in the water along with all the other nutrients. 1 packet mixes with one 16.9 ounce bottle of water. I have a 32 ounce water bottle. I mix 2 packets & 2 bottles of water into my water bottle & truly the taste is as if I was drinking a regular bottle of pre-made Propel. ••This a cost savings•• The taste of these 4 flavors are delicious & fully hydrates me. 1 packet alone is filled with electrolytes as well as 35% of Vitamin E, 60% of Vitamin B6, 25% of Vitamin C, 60% of Niacin & 20% of Vitamin B12~ also known as Niacinamide which is so good for our skin. I ordered this package of 5 boxes for a great subscribe & save price of $16.99. Unfortunately I now see this price has gone up to nearly $23.00. This is no longer a price value for me as Walmart sells one box for $3.48. Purchasing five boxes this equates to $17.40. It’s unfortunate the price has increased because of the convenience of ordering off Amazon. I’ll now purchase from Walmart unless I see a price decrease here. Regardless trying Propel in this powder form is cheaper than the bottles. If you purchase the bottles the packets are worth trying. If you’re new to Propel as a drink it’s surely worth trying as I’ve already written all the positives of drinking it. It also carries zero calories! I definitely recommend Propel!

My whole family loves these! They are easy to take on the go and help my kids to drink more water. We love that they are dye free and at a reasonable cost. We have purchased several times.

These work well to supplement my electrolytes. I run, and after doing some pretty long runs, I’ve noticed my leg muscles will involuntarily twitch, and when I take electrolytes my muscle do not twitch, so I take electrolytes after I go for a run. These seem to work fine, I have used them after long runs and not seen any muscle twitching. The flavor is a lot sweeter than some other electrolyte powders I have used, these have sucralose added to sweeten the flavor. I don’t really care for the sucralose or the sweetness, but the electrolytes are working for me so it’s fine. I noticed the packaging says “No sugar” and at least for the “berry flavor”, the ingredients has sugar listed as the 7th ingredient, with Total Sugars listed as 0 g on the nutrition facts… so I’m guessing there is some sugar in this but not enough to “have to” list it on the nutrition facts. I almost always take this as recovery after a run, so I’m not concerned about added sugars, but I thought I’d point this out in case people are trying to maintain ketosis and supplementing their electrolytes. Overall, this is probably not my favorite electrolyte powder based on the flavor, but the price for 50 packets of electrolyte mix is a great value, and it’s preventing my electrolyte imbalance muscle spasms, so I’m very happy with this product and I would recommend it to people who need some electrolytes. These packets are definitely much cheaper, have fewer calories and less packaging and waste than bottles of Propel fitness water or Gatorade type drinks that also help supplement electrolytes lost during exercise. Update: These also work great replenishing electrolytes after very hot, sweaty long runs. If you are sweating out 8-9 pounds of fluids (for me that's about 4 hours at around 85 degrees), maybe two packets are needed. These are so far the cheapest electrolyte replacement I have found, and are working great for me. I keep ordering more.
