Pros: It’s comfortable and Soft. Slip resistant. Depending which model/size you get. I got the largest size and it’s wide enough. Not tall enough. Cons: FALSELY ADVERTISED. HEIGHT IS NOT ADJUSTABLE.

I am a 5ft 8in man with a 29in inseam who works on a computer all day. Even with my office chair set nearly as low as it will go (I leave a half inch or so foe shock absorption when sitting down) my feet touch the ground but there was pressure on the backs of my thighs at the front edge of the seat. A xoworker showed me this foot rest system so I bought one and I am much more comfortable all day long.
