great taste and zero calories. finally an electrolyte that’s not plasticky- sweet like all the rest

The flavour is really not for me. I have tried both hot and cold and at different concentrations but I find this a lot harder to get down than some of my homemade electrolytes mixes. :( for the price I was expecting a lot better a bit sad can’t return

I just started the keto diet, so I’m still craving carbs and sweets. This mix gets rid of my sweet tooth. It has a nice taste. I like the saltiness bc I like salted Carmel. If you’re not a fan of salted Carmel or chocolate, you might not like it. I like cold drinks, so I get a small cup of hot water to dissolve the mix and then add it to my ice water. If you don’t do that, it won’t mix well in cold drinks. Drinking this the first few days took away my keto flu symptoms. I’ve also tried the citrus , watermelon, and raspberry, but this chocolate Carmel one is my favorite. It is very sweet, which takes some getting used to, but oh well. I definitely recommend this to folks who are low carb and have a sweet tooth and like salted Carmel.

My usual, go to electrolyte mix, while a much better value, does not have this delicious flavour. It does however have an excellent ingredient profile. It only comes in individual packets, no tub option, so can be expensive. However, use half in my morning coffee, half in my night time shake. Taste great in both.

I really enjoy this flavor. My leg cramps seem less when I hydrate with this product post workout.
