I love this little pasta attachment for my mixer! I make elbow pasta for my little one! I mix the dough in my mixer and then run it through this and it's quick and easy!

Easy to use. I will say, you might want to clean it before the pasta has a chance to dry in the little crevices. It’s not always easy to get them out.
