This is a brilliant alternative to condensed milk. I have used it for caramel in pie and plan to make fudge and sticky toffee pudding next. Vegans and lactose intolerant people should find it useful for recreating sticky puddings. Careful when cooking it as it can turn to fudge if over cooked. Yummy.

The whole family enjoyed this product including the dairy lovers. The coconut taste is not overwhelming.
