Replaced an old, noisy contactor
Replaced a Connecticut Electric FH-20J-5 that had started chattering. The CE contactor is no longer made. This contactor is mounted inside a disconnect box for an inground swimming pool. Most of the work was simply mounting a DIN rail (separate item) for hanging the new contactor. The rest was easy. Essentially transferring each wire from old to new. If you are not familiar with these types of devices, get an electrician to install it. Most contractors go into electrical boxes that have a mixture of 220 and 120V. That's dangerous... so use caution. This contactor appears to be a high quality unit. The terminals are well-labeled. And, it's quiet (most new contactor are quiet... it appears it last).

Superb!
This is a great contact that I use for a tankless water heater system where I need to control when the heating elements are on or off. The contactor uses minimal power, as expected, to run the coils, thus not requiring a complexe switch to engage. The tactile/audible "thunk" is much better than other cheap contactors where the action sounds really weak.

Not all that quiet
They aren’t as quiet as I thought but they are very easy to install and seem to be working well.

Well Built & Very Reliable
This relay was the perfect solution for automating my 220V pool pump. Options are very limited when it comes to high-current inductive loads at 220VAC. X10 made such a switch, but X10 hardware is unreliable. With this relay, I used a common Z-Wave 120V low-current switch to drive the coil, and the relay controls the power to the water pump flawlessly. Very happy!

Just as described
Item as described! Looks just like the pictures. As for this short time I have it hooked to a 20 amp circuit and it's working great. Realt happy that I found this product.

deafening noise
Visually, it has an excellent presentation, it looks like quality. But when it's running, it makes a deafening fine noise, annoying more so if you're a person who likes everything to work well. In its characteristics, it literally said (silent operation); Which is a big lie. I think there should be more control with the sellers, with what they supposedly sell and what they actually send you. Being a third-party seller should not exempt the platform from liability. I only ask them to control their salespeople, quality is more important than quantity. I've already lost the money, because the product was sent out of the country, and I won't spend an airfare just for this. But think about it, it's better to sell quality products at a slightly higher price, than to sell a lot of cheap, low-quality stuff.
