These come ready to use and they are super easy. You get quite a few too. I am currently cycling a fish tank right now and these strips test pretty accurately compared to my liquid kits for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate, but I honestly got these for GH and KH levels since I am thinking of getting some shrimp. I think these are a great investment for your tank. I would test the nitrogen cycle compounds with a liquid kit but these work great for a general idea of everything else

Very nice strips, the comparison chart is a plasticky sticker on the side of the bottle. Very easy to access. My old strips had papers you had to unfold, which warped when wet (??)

7-in-1 works fine. The ammonia strip is junk. I tested it against the API master test kit. I guess the 7-in-1 is a good fast indicator. but unfortunately you're going to need the liquid test kit to properly test for ammonia. The test strips are showing 0 for ammonia, but I have a cycling tank that was testing over 4 ppm with the API master test kit.

Worked perfectly!! Helped me get my water right after my gosh started getting lethargic. So much easier than guessing what needs to be fixed or adding a bunch of unnecessary things. Totally worth it for the price! Plus you get plenty to check in on the water randomly.

these test strips are great! very easy to use and accurate from what I can tell. I test my tank twice a week and these are a life saver.

Came in clutch when I was having some issues with my turtle and fish tanks. Easy readings that seem to be pretty accurate in maintaining tank health. It’s a great price for the amount that you get, and the sticks definitely are long enough to dip and sturdy enough to not bend or bleed all over the place

Bought this test kit to keep an eye on my tank during the cycle process but not getting accurate readings on ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. Won’t be buying again.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich teste mit den Streifen mein Aquarium Wasser, bei Auffälligkeiten prüfe ich dann mit Tropfentests nochmal nach. Sie riechen etwas streng... Aber wenn man nicht direkt die Nase dran hält geht's. Die Dose verschließt gut, sodass die Teststreifen auch im Technikbecken nicht feucht werden. Geht einfach und schnell und die Ergebnisse passen.
