I was a little hesitant on buying this but I figured I would try it. Contents were good, except for the tape, that’s not so good. Instructions were informative to complete the job. Product was really easy to use, (my first time doing this on a 2016 Toyota Highlander. Very impressed with the results. I would buy this again. Pics below are one side complete compared to the other.

My Wife's Chevy Silverado headlights got really foggy. It was hard to see. I did a bunch of research and the videos on this looked too good to be true, but I figured I would try it anyway because the other remedies were not all that good. My wife made fun of my "coffee" headlight restorer. I had the last laugh! This thing is MAGIC! I made her come outside and marvel at the clarity that this restorer did. A couple of notes. Some headlights get these little hairline cracks in them in addition to the haze. This isn't going to fix the crack, but what it will do is fix the flat surface. My wife's truck had the hairline cracks and even though there are some still visible, the product worked amazing. She will actually drive it at night again. Last tip - don't use the tape they provide. Get a better quality painters tape to tape off the truck so the sandpaper doesn't etch the paint. I tripled up the tape but it is so thin that it was a pain getting it out. Lesson learned.

I’m really impressed with this headlight restoration kit. My headlights were yellow and foggy, and after using this, they look almost brand new. It was easy to use and didn’t take much time. The kit removed oxidation and improved visibility at night. Great value for the price and definitely worth it!

The system works great. It’s easy to use. Much cleaner and simpler than the polish method. The amount of acetone and the price make this kit one of the best choices. The containers are all made of durable aluminum which makes this kit one to last a while. It looks like magic. People can’t believe how it changes from a frosted lens to a crystal clear headlight. My only concern is the power cable is short. You need an extension cable and the sample sand paper is exactly that, just samples. You need to get quality sand paper and tape. Other than that, I’m satisfied with this kit as an investment and I believe I can recover my money quickly.

Worked amazing, followed the instructions and got new looking headlights at the end. There are a lot of different kits that restore headlights but this is the one to get. Had plenty of the fluid to do this job, unlike some of the cheaper kits, and now I'll have some leftover to restore other headlights. Amazing results.

The mug won’t get hot so you won’t be able to use it at all, it’s garbage, stay away from it. On top of that it was used

I picked the worst car I have to do this to show you how well it works 2005 PT cruiser that looks terrible but it has nice clear headlights now !! it works great, but there is a trick!! some reviews claimed that the cup didn’t get hot enough to create the vapor well, that’s not really the case. I found the way it works best for me. Only fill the cup 1/4 of the way. It takes between five and ten minutes to become warm enough to use. When you’re pointing it at the headlight, move the cop around in a small circular motion ,as you see in the video. This allows the liquid to swirl around the sides of the warm cup, creating a constant vapor. If you try to use this by just holding the cup stationary and pointing the nozzle at the headlight, you’ll find only a little vapor comes out and then you have to wait for more to be created Swirling the fluid in the cup will allow you todo a whole headlight without an issue.- again as seen in the video. I would totally recommend doing this unless you like waiting! I would also recommend following up with a good headlight sealer like the one made by Maguires also available here on Amazon. It comes out like hairspray or clearcoat. Paint covers your headlights and protect them. It makes them last a lot longer than if you did nothing at all. The previous method I used was a foam ball on a drill with mother‘s aluminum and billet polish, followed up with Maguire sealer. There’s plenty of videos on that on YouTube if you are interested to see that process. I think this is a better easier quicker better way to go.
