Each serving of this gives 5g of creatine which is what I've been taking on a daily basis. The flavour is nice and it is a whole lot better than the flavourless creatine. This has a total of 79 servings so this will last me a long time. I tend to have this as a post-workout drink but you can honestly have this anytime in the day.

It's called 'PURE CREATINE', but actually it's creatine mixed with a bit of flavouring. It seems that each 6.3gram serving gives you 4.4grams of creatine. With the tub being 500grams, this is around 79 servings. Mixing it with water in a shaker bottle saw it mix fairly well. There was a small amount of residue left over, but no more than is typical with creatine. The taste was a nice, mild tropical flavour. It wasn't too sharp, sweet or synthetic which can be an issue with supplements. Overall, if you need a bit of encouragement to take your creatine, the added taste of this makes it easier :)

good product, I have been training in the gym for years and I have always used creatine and now I wanted to try this new brand and I can say that it does the same and identical job as other brands, the difference is in the taste and how it dissolves in water 1: an increase in energy during workouts, especially in anaerobic activities such as weight lifting and sprinting. as it should be 2: faster muscle recovery and less muscle pain. 3: Taste: The taste is pleasant and not too sweet. It is a good option for those looking for a flavored creatine instead of the neutral one 3: Solubility: The powder dissolves quite well in water, but still leaves residues that are a bit annoying tip: drink lots of water after taking creatine take it after meals because on an empty stomach it could be hard on the stomach and cause problems for the intestine

I've been using creatine monohydrate (from other vendors) prior to my gym sessions, this has nearly 80 servings, so could be used for almost 3 months. I will be honest that the flavour is a bit light, so not too overpowering or anything. USN is a respectable brand that has been in the industry, and I have bought their creatine before as well. Top stuff!

I am happy with this and my son is happier! This is a large tub of creatine and he tells me it contains all the stuff you need in this type of product. He said it was a decent price as well. He has been using it every day before the gym and is happy with its performance and taste. We would recommend.

This is a quality product by a reputed brand - having used Creatine from several brands, this is my favourite so far. Makes me feel good, doesn't leave a bad after taste, no side effects. It’s more expensive than some alternatives and I don’t know how much the difference in quality and results is but it seems good to me.

This is fine. After all, it's micronised creatine. I say fine because the flavour means you need more powder. Around 6 grams per serving instead of five. Not a huge deal, obviously. Creatine is normally flavourless. The extra amount is less of an issue than the cost, though. Basically, this is at least double the price of flavourless creatine because it's a big-name brand. You might normally find 500 grams for £15, for example. That's much better value. This is for those with more money than sense.
