Amazing quality and easy to use especially with the grip. Highly recommended and lots of ways to use. I have some tendon muscle issue on my right shoulder and massaging it does help. I also stand on my feet at work so when I get home I add this one as my routine to massage my legs especially for my right heel where I have plantar fasciitis. I've been through so many different versions of these, the wooden ones, the roller ones, the cupping ones etc etc. This is the only one I like and I use it pretty much every day. It just sits in my shower and I use it over the top of the body soap. The design is perfect for broad coverage, while still getting enough grip and pressure. A yes from me.
