Was looking for a portable speaker that could take being used while gardening and this is the ONE!. Bought one for my husband (black) and he tucks it into his golf bag plus one for me (hot pink so I can find it in the yard easily). Like that it is waterproof, so if I forget to bring it in and it gets wet- still works. Very rich sound even at high volume. Its a little bubble of a speaker with long battery life, light weight for how much sound it puts out. Charges quickly. Took it out of box and started using right away with no problems pairing with both of our phones. Easy instructions. Comes with a charging cord. It was on sale. Much less expensive than my Bose which I have had for several years and a better sound and longer battery life. Built like a tank. Has held up to being dropped, left outside overnight.

This speaker has a big sound for such a small unit. I use it outdoors while working in my garden. I can adjust the volume to be louder than all the background noise, and it sounds clear with no distortion. It's easy to use and it connects through blue-tooth to my iPhone It's easy to charge and it charges quickly.

Excellent speaker. Holds a charge, great volume and sound. Exceptionally nice product design; looks like a much more pricey speaker. Works better than $300++ speakers I've purchased by Bose and Beats. Highest recommendation. Looks and works great. I will be purchasing more of them for myself and as gifts.

Considering the size and cost of this speaker, it’s pretty amazing. I have a pretty serious home system, so I’m pretty picky, and this sounds really good for what it is. And the fact that it’s really rugged and waterproof is a bonus.

The sound is great, the bass is strong for such a small speaker and I guess that’s all I should be rating it on, but it’s impossible to ignore the poor ergonomic shape of this speaker and the fact that they didn’t include a strap to attach to the pathetic loop on the top. The lop is not even big enough to fit your finger into so carrying this softball sized speaker requires the undivided attention of one of your two hands. Had this had an included strap so that I could loop it around my wrist or finger and free up my hand I would have given it five stars.

Great sound from a small package! if you are looking for a small speaker that is capable of filling and average size room or a out door activity speaker for say... golf... This is the speaker for you. Don't expect booming bass but overall a great sounding speaker.

I have a pair of Boom 2's, several years old, that I've been using in the shower and also for travel. After about 8 years, the batteries are getting old, and the speakers are also a little bit heavy for travel. After reading the review on Rtings.com, and seeing the great Black Friday pricing, I've ordered a pair of these.I'm happy to report they sound essentially equivalent to the Boom 2. If there's less bass, it's mostly imperceptible. The battery life is better even than the brand-new Boom 2. They're smaller and lighter to carry, they pair more easily, they can be put in stereo mode without using an app, and they're plenty loud enough for the shower, a hotel room, or for background music when the family gathers at an AirBnB.The overall sound quality is very good. No deep bass, of course, but enough so the music sounds balanced, and male voices on podcasts sound natural. Highs are extended enough for natural-sounding cymbals and strings, and the sound is clean and not distorted if the speakers aren't pushed.And exceptional travel speaker, even if you need two (and nothing beats stereo when you can separate the speakers properly).

Love this little speaker. Sound is great, easy to use, battery lasts a long time. It is fantastic right out of the box.
