Great protein drink.
Good tasting, easy to drink. Great protein and calorie content. A little pricey but worth it for those needing to gain weight.

Great meal supplement
I drink 1 daily, sometimes 2! For breakfast & sometimes before bed or at work when hungry. They keep me full for a few hours. All flavors are good, but I can see where not everyone may like the taste or texture.

Didn't get these for myself, but tried one and thought it tasted pretty good. The texture and thickness was fine. (I drank it at room temp) Kind of expensive, but no real alternatives with this calorie count.
