I didn't realize it was velcro fastener. But it works perfectly.

Love this replacement strap for my fitbit - is better than the original. So lightweight and easy to fit! Also came super quick.

It's a decent band, there are about 5 small velcro straps that will hold it in place. Please remember though, this is a cloth band and gets dirty rather quickly. If you're super active and like to play in the mud, I'd recommend a rubber version.

I have a small wrist, and my fitbit is just a bit wider than my wrist, so the normal bands look gigantic on me. Also, they tend to be either too tight or too loose. This one, however, fits me great. I barely notice that my fitbit is there. I love the color, too.!
