just perfect
This book is brilliant. I've had it a month, and have tried about 6 recipes and every one has been superb, even the simplest ones. Easy to follow, well written and the first 60 or so pages make good reading on a lot of pasta-related subjects. I'd actually recommend it over Anna's other book, The Gastronomy of Italy, as it's more recipe-heavy. You'll actually find yourself just reading through the recipes for pleasure!

Only pasta book you need
Love this book, it’s simple, clearly written, recipes are detailed, with simple ingredients. clear descriptions, drawings but no photos. But you don’t need photos because recipes are simple written well and work

This is a classic cookbook for a reason! So many fantastic recipes written in a clear and unfussy manner. And even when you thought you knew a lot about pasta, you learn something new. Recommend!

If you want to make pasta this is the only book you actually need
If I was to recommend only 1 pasta book out of everyone available this would be it. Anna Del Conte is the best pasta writer in my opinion - great background and faultless recipes.

Highly enjoyable.
This book is such a treat. Its a great read as well as having wonderful recipes, I've tried 4 recipes since purchasing, and they were all hailed new favourites. I highly recommend this book if you like cookery books to read. I will be buying more from this Author.
