I took this mask our of the package it came off the backing so I wasnt sure which side went on my face. I left it on as long as i could but it was hard to fall asleep with it on my face. I saw a little difference but it needs consistency and I need sleep. lol

Must be flat on your back for adhesion
These masks slide off your face at the hint of a slight movement. Standing at the bathroom mirror trying to slap the slimy mask on proves to be more time consuming than changing the poopy diaper of a mobile baby who just wants to scoot. In addition, you need to strap yourself into the bed to ensure you don't roll over to your side or stomach. Not worth the hassle.
