Good product but without preloaded Softwares
Everything good except no MS office . Ideally online desktops/laptops must contain preloaded MS office (for lifetime)

System got hanged
I've encountered an issue with the antivirus software on the system purchased. After the initial 3-month free trial, it prompts to renew or uninstall. Forced uninstallation causes the system to hang. I've experienced this issue with 2 systems.

It has been a week i have bought this all in one HP N200 Desktop, installed it and within an Hour the HP mouse became faulty and the left and right Buttons stopped working, even with Warranty either the seller Company cannot be contacted not the HP support is helping, now i am using a Dell mouse instead of HP mouse and its working well, this computer lags a bit in booting without any storage or Apps, and this system dosent come with any preloaded Windows or apps has to be installed on our own, had to buy MS Office separately, totally its somewhat OK for the school projects and simple use not for gamers or programmers.
