works as expected
I was excited to try this product, as I keep hearing how it's a great fat blocker. I used it as directed, and if used with a sensible meal plan and exercise regularly, It helps some. I didn't find any drastic results, though. I think you would see results if you commit to a diet plan and use this along with it.

Jurys out but so far so good.
Took this today as soon as it arrived and it did curb my appetite a tiny bit. No jitters or upset stomach so that part is great. I will keep taking it and update as necessary.

Beware the timeframe
It annoys me slightly that I have to take it on an empty stomach 30 minutes before I eat but I guess it works.

Seems to work
I've bad memories of taking other appetite suppressants/control supplements--as in severe migraines when taking them or severe nausea. I'm cutting out sugar and processed foods and have moments where I'm starving for sugar or something processed and salads, cheese etc. doesn't do it so thought I'd give these a chance (after all I lived through the others I tried). I've had no migraines or nausea on this supplement. I do find it does suppress my appetite a bit. You take it 30-60 minutes on an empty stomach before a meal. To be honest I had some bread ready just in case I ended up feeling awful after taking it, but didn't need it. Since taking it for the last week I do find my sugar cravings are almost entirely gone as are the cravings for pasta and processed meals. I know some of this is from cutting them out of my diet, but I think this has helped subdue the cravings more quickly than usual. I read a couple of reviews on Garcinia Camobogia before I took it and they are very mixed regarding side effects (some serious) and the helpfulness of this supplement. I figured if I started out with only one or two a day I could gauge whether or not I'd react adversely to the supplement...but did not. So I'd do your research before you try it.
