I yes this has creatine in it all right you can tell when you got really good stuff because you get that sickly after affect from the creatine taste, this is a good make.

Pure creatine monohydrate powder with a fruit punch kick , easily mixed into water , it works well with adding to your fruit smoothy or regular protein shake too. One teaspoon mixed into a glass of water or shaken in a protein shaker provides 5000mg of creatine per serving, that is perfect for me as that's the amount i like to consume a day. It's not gritty or anything, it mixes well , tastes good , I mean not really tasty but not unpleasant, it's easy to drink and you get 79 servings in the tub so it will last over 2 months taking one serving a day. It dissolved well with a little stir , it's a good amount of 5g per teaspoon so it's a good way of getting your daily amount of creatine to help with muscle growth and recovery and as part of your daily diet and routine. Maybe a tad more expensive than some brands , it's not the cheapest but it will last over 2 months so it's a good supply.

This is the third tub of USN Creatine I’ve bought. The first two were from a well known high street shop and were very tasty- not too sweet. This one from Amazon is dreadful. It’s so sweet and sickly to be almost undrinkable. I’m not sure whether USN has changed the blend or this is ‘off’. And now I’ve opened it and tasted it, I can’t return it. It’ll be the last time I buy it in here.

I use it after my workout with the first meal of the day. Goes down well but need to get the water ratio right.

This USN creatine has been a tasty addition to my supplement routine. The flavour is surprisingly good, not too artificial, making it easy to drink mixed with water. I've noticed a definite improvement in my energy levels and strength during workouts, especially for those high-intensity exercises. The 500g tub is a great value, and the powder mixes easily without clumping. It's also reassuring to know it's a pure creatine monohydrate formula!

Scoop is included, just have a bit of dig around once opened. The texture of the mix to the touch feels very fine, and testament to adding it water it seems to mix easily, even without a shaker bottle. The taste was interesting, fruity yes though it tasted a bit medicine like. By this I mean the aftertaste. Was a bit strange for me, best I can explain it as the initial sweetness flavour disappears and you get a dull like flavour. It will get some getting used to as my reference point is usually a flavourless creatine. I found the top seal wasn't clean to remove in a single pull on opening, but glad it has a screw lid to ensure no powder/mix can escape (see video).

This creatine powder is mixed with water for a flavoured drink - it actually tastes decent, but it's still artifical and leaves a very slight aftertaste. You get a lot of 'servings' from this large tub, which contains a little scoop to take the guesswork out of how much creatine powder you need to make your "soft drink". I work out about 2-3 times a week, so this tub should last me half a year!
