A very good feature is the fact that, apart from opening individual daily doses, the whole top can be easily un clipped to fill weekly.This is a very important point as it not only simplifies the filling process because the individual click tops don’t get in the way when you are adding a number of pills. This, in turn, reduces the wear on the hinges.In other dispensers I have bought, the hinges become loose and worn. Then, when the box is occasionally dropped, half the pills come out and roll over the floor.This new box is so sturdy and strong and I am really delighted with it. I have promptly thrown two older boxes away because they have worn badly. This one is my ‘forever’ pill box!

This pill box has clear markings.It can be split top and bottom for easy loading.In use I leave the appropriate lid up to indicate last pill taken.I haven't got it wrong so far.I would definitely recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I love this organiser, i have some chewable medication thats the size of a Uk 10p coin and could never find one that they would fit in but this one is perfect. Yes, it is quite large but thats ok with me. Iove that you press the button on each compartments and they open open

Clips to hold the removable top look flimsy and will probably break off after a few uses, I will count the removal times before one snaps off.
