Really good taste and quality. I had bought another brand but they showed up a glob y mess. These seem way better quality.

I do not take any meds at all, nasal drops being the only exception. However, I do take loads of different neutraceuticals, i,e, vitamins, herbs. I have so many bottles of natural stuff that they take up the space of three large drawers. No, I don't take them all, but I do take enough and most of them come in capsules. When I was in my twenties I could swallow ten or more capsules in a row but years have passed, things have changed and there came a moment that my throat didn't want to deal with more capsules. When I saw these gummies, I did not hesitate. Chewing is ten times better than swallowing capsules. These gummies have 100 mgs of elderberry per two gummies, 90 mgs of vit C in the form of ascorbic acid and 7.5 mgs of zinc. The taste is delicious, so much so that I had to hide the bottle from myself or I would have finished it. I will now mention the not so good part. There's a better non acidic form of Vit C which is calcium ascorbate/ascorbyl palmitate which is not used here but my main concern are the 3 grams of added sugars in 2 gummies. True, the sugar is needed to make these gummies so tasty, but most of us know the huge damage sugar causes in our bodies. The 3 grams of sugar in 2 gummies wouldn't be a problem if I could control myself from eating more. However, I think I will have to abstain from ordering in the future as 10 gummies contain 15 grams of sugar, an amount of sugar I certainly don't want to consume.

The taste is good -- not too sweet. The gummies have a good texture and aren't difficult to chew. The product was recommended to me for immune support. I can tell a difference when I skip a couple of days. I like this brand for their quality ingredients and lack of artificial dyes.
