The media could not be loaded. Very easy to use and setup. Directions are straightforward and steamer is powerful and lights up. Magnifier with light is perfect. Light has 3 settings and the steam is timed. I will be using this for facials so it’s perfect that it has a timer. I don’t think I can love this item more than I do. It does take time to heat up but that’s normal. I highly recommend. Also loved that I didn’t need any tools to put it together. Snapped together securely. Does take some strength. The wheels work great and it’s adjustable.

Very professional for shop use

Too late to return. Tried installing the wheeled "feet", and the design is such that you have to force the plastic pieces together - of course the last one broke. It's not like I'm insanely strong or anything - this was basic installation and the plastic just seems to be too flimsy, not sturdy.Also, as pictured, the plastic tube inside the carafe is touching the metal heating element. I have not turned this on yet, but obviously this is going to melt and stink like melted plastic.I'm unhappy with this purchase and wish (at least) I could get a new "foot" to replace the broken one, since I failed to set it up before the return window ended.

Easy assembly and works amazing and very powerful would buy 10 times over 😁😁

Ordered for my home spa. My area isn't big so this does take up some space. But it is convenient to have on wheels.It didn't take long to set up. 20 minutes maybe.The steam is ok but not sure how long I should be using it for. Probably not the best buy for sporadic use. It's just in the way.But it still does what's expected.
