Be sure it’s turned off when not being used - it gets hot!

It says to contact before leaving negative comments, however I have not found a way to contact them by email. It worked great up to now but has now stopped heating, very disappointed. The company says it has a 12 month warrantee - I would greatly appreciate a replacement.

It's great. Heats up nice and it look sleek on my desk.

Even on the high setting it only keeps your beverage 'warm' rather than hot. Broke after 6 weeks of infrequent use (1-2 times per week) - power button will not function. I wanted to like this item because it has a sleek design, but I cannot recommend it.UPDATE 7/5/18: The seller quickly responded to my concerns and offered a replacement, and stated that the lack of heating I mentioned has been improved in their latest batch of warmers. I am upgrading my rating to three stars because this product has good support/warranty so far as I can tell. I will report back after testing the replacement unit.

It looks nice but it doesn't keep my coffee hot enough, I'm not happy at all.

Item works well for a wax melter. I haven't had any issues with the power cycles. The directions indicate there is more than one temperature setting, but I don't think there is. Only On/Off. Has a nice contemporary look.

Would not keep coffee warm. Bought 2. Waste of money
