I am a big coffee lover, and sometimes I am too lazy to make a pot of coffee or just want a quick morning solution to get my caffeine without waiting...This instant espresso powder does the job! It's a very fine ground, so it's totally powdered and that makes it really easy to break down smoothly in hot water. I don't need to stir it a hundred times to dissolve granules, which is fabulous. It's quite strong in flavour, though, so you definitely don't need to use much at a time. It's good value, and is a solid product that I would buy again!

Before this, I had trouble finding an instant decaf espresso. This one is a good option. Smooth crema, but not too strong. I usually use 2 tbsp to achieve the desired strength for a cup of latte.

For those of you on a Keto or Atkins diet, high fat yoghurt, 9% or more, is an excellent snack choice, and flavouring it with instant coffee and a few drops of stevia can make it seem like coffee mousse. Add a teaspoon of Cocoa powder and its even better. Haven't tried it for making actual coffee, but as a way to make things coffee flavoured, this is really good. Best I've tried so far.
