Ultra Rugged Phone with phenomenal battery life and amazing features.
Absolutely love this phone. I like rugged durable and unique phones and this is my second foray with Ulefone as I had an Armor 12 5G previously, which I had a great experience with, so when I saw the promo video of the Armor 33 Pro, I was hooked. The aesthetic is just so dominant, fantastic screens and great sound from the large speaker. It's quick, responsive and has some amazing extras. The Night Vision camera is brilliant. And the battery life, my first full charge lasted 13 days and was still on 20%. Its a glorious, gorgeous brick and it's mine! :)

That's more like it!
Some months back I bought an Oukitel WP5 - big, strong, big... All was well until I had a problem with the screen. The seller was spot on and I returned it for a refund. Feeling a little 'once bitten' I went for the X7 Pro instead, and while it's early days, I'm really glad I did! Granted it doesn't have the 8000mah battery but nor does it weigh as much. The design is much more hand-friendly - it's like a normal phone in a rugged case. Android 10, runs absolutely fine (with one oddity that I'll get too), it has a genuinely excellent camera and a decent speaker. Easy to set up (like nearly all phones these days) and easy to use. When I opened the bx I was impressed that Ulefone included a screen protector, then I realised that it was a spare screen protector as one was already fitted to the phone. They're plastic, but they'll stave off scratches and Ulefone's video suggests the screen itself is plenty tough. The also include a plastic lever to help you open the SIM /USB/headphone jack slots. Those waterproof plugs are tight, you may be grateful for this! I'm finding this a pleasure to use, face and fingerprint recognition work well and the only "issue" I have had is a certain slowness in properly displaying photos I load directly onto my phone via an OTG cable (camera doesn't have wireless option). I think it's a case of slightly less processing power than might be ideal, but it all gets there in the end. Time will tell if my initial impressions are borne out, but I am really impressed with this phone. The WP5 is an excellent beast, but beast it is; the X7 Pro feels like a much more complete package.

Very heavy but overall a good phone.
Besides the bulk it's good value for the price. This phone does not appear to be designed for frequent use daily due to its weight. But for those that are outdoors, in rough environments and etc this phone is likely ideal for you. The very camping light on the back of the phone is indeed very bright. The brightness options seems a bit limited. Going from low the high brightness is only a slight difference, but most rugged phones don't have a camping light so this is better then nothing. There is still a regular flashlight light on the rear of the phone.

It's superb
Incredible phone. I knew how heavy it was in advance but even then it's suprising. However, it feels super solid and stable in my hand. There's so much to love about this. You can plug in a micro sd card and an actual set of headphones. With a lead! It comes with a separate tempered glass screen protector which looks good. My only issue is I want to buy a backup protector and ulefone don't seem to sell them and so far have ignored all my efforts to ask them about it. The camping light is incredible, the red and blue flashing lights seem like a gimmick but might be handy if your car ever breaks down. I'm currently using about 10-11% of the battery daily so it will be easy to keep the battery healthy between 20% - 80%. It's very fast and responsive and I've had no issues with any apps. For an android phone under £400 it's incredible ( black Friday purchase) If you're going to get one just be 100% sure the size is right for you.

Well made, absolutely solid build. A bit heavy, but comes with a large battery. Good for outdoor use.

This is a phone and everything else
I've been holding back to review the phone because until now it's never missed a beat. Honestly such a good phone good reception I loved it. It did a update which are few and far for most Chinese smartphones and normally would carry on regardless. But it has got messed up and now constantly boot loops. So it's possible it's either software or worst case hardware. But such a good phone mental note weighs a lot the amount of times I have forgot and it's pulled my shorts down. But the light is the brightest thing we had many power cuts saved but it does get very hot. Charging is hit and miss you get a plug saying 66 watts but it can take a while to charge. Screen was really good could play games very well. I do like the phones being rugged you know you aren't going cry when you drop it. Shame it died but when it worked it was an apple and Samsung beater in one way or the other you could physically beat the others to pieces and this would still work.

A smartphone from future
I bought this smartphone recently, and so far I love it. I had no major problems with it. The functions and specifications of the phone offered are balanced but also add a certain depth of innovation and progress. It feels as if I hold a phone that must have been developed 5 years later than it is. The phone is made of premium durable materials for its price, the loudspeaker is high quality turning the phone into a wonderful sound system, and the second screen is comfortable to not drain energy in certain scenarios, or use it to wake up on time while hearing a loud noise that is definitely making me wake up. Even the cameras are outstanding for the price and even better compared to competitor brands for the higher prices! I believe my Armor 33 Pro will live a long life and serve my needs without issues or compromises!

Factory defect from new
This is a very poor quality phone and best avoided, the factory has fitted the thermal image camera upside down and it is impossible to use. Customer service is NONE existent and amazon don't care about it either. This phone is massive and heavy with lots of promise but a huge let down in daily use. I bought it for the thermal camera and it is useless for this. In short AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want a dumb door stop

I am absolutely blown away by the Ulefone RugKing. For a device at this price point, the feature set, performance, and durability are simply unmatched. This isn't just a phone; it's a versatile tool built to handle anything life throws at it. Indestructible Design, Incredible Battery The IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810G ratings are the real deal. I needed a phone that could survive drops, dust, and water without a second thought, and the RugKing delivers. (Check out the pictures I uploaded—you can really see the reinforced, rugged build!) Paired with the colossal 9600mAh battery, this phone easily lasts for days under heavy use. The 18W fast charging gets you back up quickly, and the OTG function to use it as a power bank is genius for my other gear. Unique Features That Shine The 126dB Bass Speaker is a game-changer for noisy environments—it's unbelievably loud and clear. (The short video I posted demonstrates just how loud this speaker can get!) But the feature I use most is the Built-in 126 Lumens Glare Flashlight on top. It's so bright and convenient, completely eliminating the need for a separate handheld torch during camping or night work. The addition of the uSmart Expansion Connector for an endoscope shows this phone is serious about utility. Performance and Value Running on the latest Android 15 with a generous 16GB RAM and 256GB ROM, multitasking is butter smooth. The 50MP camera takes sharp, vibrant photos, and the ability to use it for underwater photography is an awesome bonus. Plus, having the power of Google Gemini and Ulefone AI Pro built-in adds incredible future-proofing. This is truly the ultimate adventure-ready powerhouse and a must-buy for anyone seeking high-end rugged features without the high-end price tag.

WORST DEVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED THE Ulefone Puking (Rugking) this device is a flashlight masquerading as a cell phone, a not very brightly designed phone . If your in the market for a flashlight for a five year old this might be the device for that purchase. In my opinion do not waste time or money on the Rugking by Ulefone even your five year old would be insulted by this device as a gift. This is the perfect gag gift for the person who has everything. Ulefone is a failing phone manufacturer, the maker of expensive gag gifts can't be a serious player in the smartphone market. Uefone is a bottom feeding company who's best idea is coming up with catchy names to sell crappy devices to the masses. Don't bother with devices that have Armour king or tank in the device name. Real rugged device manufacturers don't need catchy BS to get your attention to purchase quality but device manufacturers who know nothing about quality do need catchy names to sell us crappy SUBPAR 10 year old tech not suitable for a 5 year old. Please look else where in less your in the market for a SUBPAR $200 flashlight oh yeah it does have a loud speaker just another gimmick to lighten your wallet and leave you bewildered that a team of phone engineers came up with such BS and to think they are passing this stuff off as quality products for who a preschooler. The nerve of some companies. Other people's engineers .enjoy your over priced flashlight Ulefone. Get your heads outta of the puke bucket.

I love to get outdoors and go camping, hiking and fishing so I wanted a phone that was built for it. This is it! Built like a Sherman Tank! Transferring all my stuff from my Samsung was easy enough with the cable provided and ulefone even called me to make sure everything was OK. Great phone, great service and a great price.

First and foremost, when you get any phone from Amazon, ALWAYS check the IMEI on either T-Mobile's site, Cricket's site(which is owned by AT&T), or Verizon's site when buying in the United States. I had to send the first one back because it wasn't compatible with T-Mobile/MetroPCS like they said, but I was able to get an exchange pretty quick, though. Also, it won't be FULLY compatible(no 5G), it will still work. Ulefones have been pretty decent, but the last one that I had, the Armor 24, came with annoying software called "Duralast" which killed ANY app and kept it from being dormant. This included 3rd party alarms that you preferred to use instead of the stock alarm(which it DOESN'T kill). The good news is that this phone doesn't come with that annoying software(YAY!!), nor does it have any other software that "limits" app functionality. It comes with 8GBs of physical RAM, which can have 8GBs of logical RAM added from the 256GBs of storage to make a complete and whopping 16GBs of RAM, so you can have a LOT of programs open at one time! One of the main features of this phone is the "sound cannon" of a speaker on the back and YES! IT GETS LOUD!! It's advertised at 128dBs of sound, but it "feels" much louder than that, so if you're in an office environment, PLEASE be cautious of how loud it gets. However, if you're in a loud warehouse, it's PERFECT!! Another feature is the weight of the phone. While it is heavier than your typical smartphone, I've had MUCH heavier phones(the Ulefone Armor 24 was a whopping 2lbs!!), so for those who are stepping out of the arena of phones like your Samsungs or your iPhones, it will take some adjustment as far as holding and casually perusing social media. Speaking of sound, the phone calls have been VERY audible on the loudspeaker, so even though you don't have 5G, you do have something called Voice over LTE(VoLTE), which will MORE than suffice for your phone calls. I haven't really had a dropped call, but I also haven't been outside of the city where I live, so "meh". For Audiophiles, you have many options for listening to your music. Obviously, you have the speaker, which only plays music from the left audio channel instead of combining both left and right channels, you have the bluetooth option, which gets pretty good range with some solid bone conducting headphones, AND you have a headphone jack! Yes, a 3.5mm jack for the old school music lovers out there! It's GREAT to have options! Now, I've noticed something with the display. It's somewhat small(~5.9 inches), but sometimes, things don't look as buttery smooth as other devices. And you can prove it to yourself by going to settings and having the info bar at the top show you the frame rate. It doesn't lag, but the screen does look rough when scrolling sometimes. I'm not sure how to change between 30FPS and 60FPS, but will update my review when I do. It's a nice mid-tier phone and it does what's needed. So far, I haven't had any problems with it and it does it's job pretty well. Ooh! One more thing! Buy a shoulder strap lanyard because it has a loop in the back towards the bottom! It weighs too much to keep in your pants pocket!
