I like the feel and the indentations in this pillow. It fits me in every way but one, I need it to be taller. If the manufacturer offers a 1" riser piece for it I would get and give them 5 stars.

I love this pillow. I have a hard time finding pillows I actually like and that don’t make my neck sore when I wake up and this one is perfect. The cooling effect helps me so much bc I sleep hot . Great quality pillow for a good price.

I have been looking for a pillow to help with my neck as I had surgery on it 2 years. This had the perfect support and makes getting comfortable so much easier.

I am mostly happy with this pillow. It is definitely cool and comfortable to use when lying on my side after I removed the extra padding. However, it is not quite thin enough for me to use when lying on my back. Even with the padding removed, the pillow is still too thick for me. I wish there were one more layer of padding to remove because then it would be the perfect height for me. Since I ordered this pillow mostly to use when lying on my back, I can't give it a 5-star review because it is just a little bit too thick for me. I would recommend this pillow to anyone who likes a medium-thickness pillow.

The media could not be loaded. Very good quality product. Very comfortable. The pillow fits the neck perfectly. We really feel the freshness. Perfect for warmer nights.

I suffer from shoulder and neck pain due to fibromyalgia and arthritis. I have never tried a cervical pillow before so thought I'd see if it helped and I liked the features and price of this particular one.The pillow arrived promptly in a vacuum sealed bag. As soon as I cut the bag open, it inflated to its full size but I did let it sit for 24 hours prior to use. There was no odour associated with it at all as is sometimes the case with memory foam products.Included in the package is the breathable, cooling pillow cover and the "pillow" which is basically made up of 7 dense, high quality memory foam block inserts that are comprised of 60% gel fibres for cooling. The first night I used it I put my own pillow cover over it but the cooling features weren't as effective so I now have it removed and am just using the included removable cover which s machine washable (on cold) and dryer friendly.I used this right out of the bag as it was assembled and didn't adjust any of the inserts and I've definitely noticed a decrease in my neck and shoulder pain. I am going to play around with the inserts and try different combinations though. I'm mostly a side sleeper and for that position, your head should be on either end; if you're a back sleeper, your head sits in the indented middle but I find I wake up all over the place most nights.Using the inserts, you can easily adjust both the height and firmness of the pillow. You can tell the memory foam is high quality as it quickly bounces back after being indented and has maintained it's shape.This pillow works for everyone no matter what your sleeping position is. The cooling properties are awesome and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this for anyone whether you suffer from cervical issues or not as it provides a very comfortable sleep while properly aligning your neck and spine and keeping you cool.

I like that it's an adjustable shape. I didn't find it too hot but it's not a cooling foam. I found it too hard for my neck. I suppose it would work for someone else.
