Love this shampoo and conditioner! Smells incredible, and leaves a very "clean" feeling. I have eczema and extremely sensitive skin and these don't irritate my skin at all.

Best shampoo and conditioner I have found to this date. I have wavy to curly hair and this cleans my scalp so well and leaves my hair clean, silky, and soft. Will continue to purchase.... smells so good. My daughter tries to sniff my hair and beg to use it lol.

I have opened jars, childproof medicine caps, emotional wounds, tax documents, and Pandora’s box itself — yet here I am getting my ass beat by a cylinder of hair goo. At one point, I genuinely questioned my own eligibility for adulthood. Am I old? Am I dumb? Am I both? A little column A, a little column B, and apparently a surprise bonus column labeled “You Should Not Be Allowed Near Simple Mechanisms.” The bottle clicked. It snapped. It flexed. It mocked me. I swear on my life I heard it whisper, “Try again, stupid.” I tried gripping it with dry hands, wet hands, towel-wrapped hands… I even attempted that barbarian “use your teeth” method for a second before my last brain cell told me, “No. That’s how people end up in Facebook hospital groups.” I considered filing a missing persons report for my dignity. At one point, I contemplated giving up shampoo entirely and just living my life as a feral woodland cryptid with vibes only. I was this close to Googling “how to slick hair back using despair.” Eventually, I accepted my fate: Maybe it’s not meant to be opened. Maybe Renpure wants me to stay dirty. Maybe this is my divine punishment for laughing at people who struggle opening pickle jars. In conclusion: 10/10 packaging security. Zero risk of spills. Zero risk of actually using the product. Zero hope for me as a human being. Would purchase again. Because apparently I like suffering.

This is my favorite shampoo and conditioner. Nice smell and it leaves your hair feeling very clean. It can dry your scalp a bit if you are prone to dry scalp. The conditioner is not heave and does not weigh hair down. 4 stars only because many times the packaging is not great and the product has leaked into the packaging, but that is a packaging issue not a product issue. The product is great!

I'm really sad that the conditioner pump doesn't work at all. However, the product itself is wonderful. It leaves my hair shiny and smooth and feeling nice and light and clean. I will definitely still buy it but you know the pump breaking on my makes me pretty upset. It's the reason i gave it three stars. If the pump is broken, then how am I supposed to actually use it? That's why I gave it 3 stars. Other than that product is great and is wonderful for hair that's thick and straight and gets oily and flakey scalp.

Absolutely LOVE this new shampoo and conditioner combo from Renpure!!! I have tried Renpure in the past and loved every product!! I have a lot of allergies, I especially have problems with sodium laurel sulfate. I was SO EXCITED to see the clean, plant based ingredients in the shampoo and conditioner, also NO sodium laurel sulfate which makes my hair fall out and makes my scalp itch!! Thank you Amazon for offering Renpure to your customers and thank you Renpure for making AMAZING, CLEAN, PLANT BASED products that make my hair and scalp feel like I just got out of an expensive spa! This is my second time ordering the shampoo. I have never been a conditioner kind of guy, so I thought I would give it a try. I am really glad I did, it really made my hair feel full and it just looks really good. I have fine hair but thankfully lots of it. Also, I wash my hair twice a day, the shampoo and conditioner combo are gentle, the scent is clean and not overbearing. Because of the clean ingredients I feel very comfortable washing my hair twice a day and not experiencing any damage to my hair. Yep, really happy with this shampoo and conditioner combo.

To open the pump, you have to wind the top part clockwise until it can’t go anymore (this took a while for me) and then turn it back slowly and the pump will come up slowly. Hopefully that helps. I only used it once but it has a nice smell (me personally). Applied nicely and my scalp feels very clean even on the first shampoo.
