Replacment for 2000 F350 SuperCab Shocks
I used these to replace my pretty worn made in Japan red shocks. The ride on these is fairly stiff, but with that stiffness comes control. These shocks work well at keeping the wheels on the ground firmly, and they do not absorb as much of the acceleration from the motor as my prior shocks, putting more of that energy on the ground. These were easy to install, remove two bolts, remove the old shock, attach the new shock at the top, then compress slightly and mount the bottom. Tighten all bolts to recommended torque.I was able to do this on the ground without removing anything but the shocks by laying on my back under the rear of the truck.

Ford F-250 Easy Installation / Smooth Ride
I installed these on my 2006 Ford F-250 Lariat edition. These replaced my original rear shocks (159K miles). The installation was quit easy.I removed/installed the shocks without removing the tire. Removing the old shock was quite easy. The passenger side has a brake line in the way. Remove the bracket holding the line before removing the old shock. Penetrating oil is required to break the hardware loose. The shock comes with a band around it to keep the shock compressed. I recommend putting a strip or two of masking tape around the shock to hold it in place. After installing the shock on the top mounting bolt, I jacked the truck up on the frame to help align the bottom mounting bracket. Use a rubber mallet to knock the bolt in and attach the nut. It took me 45 mins per shock to remove/install the new shock.I also replaced the front shocks. The ride on all 4 new shocks was very smooth. I recommend these as replacement shocks for the Ford F-250.

Did the trick
Excellent addition to my 2015 F250. Game changer. Stock shocks were all trashed at 40k miles

Should have bought KYB MonoMax
Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed. My stock F350 Crew Cab diesel dually had 105K miles on the original shocks and I thought they were becoming marginal in their effectiveness. I ordered a full set of four Bilstein 4600 series and installed all 4 simultaneously. The ride is drastically improved when driving 5 miles per hour over rough terrain in my yard (grass). On the highway, they provide a slightly better dampened ride than my old stockers. When pulling approximately 12K lbs fully loaded bumper pull trailer with the best hitch/anit-sway system you can buy, these shocks ride exactly the same as my old stock Motorcraft shocks.I tow this same trailer every other weekend so I have the trip to Hot Springs and every single bump memorized. KYB MonoMax are much cheaper and provide the exact same ride as these famous Bilsteins. I also have a 7.3L Excursion that I upgraded from Monroe Reflex to KYB MonoMax, so I know the shocks very well. They don't make the 5100 series for a stock height dually, or else I would have bought them. KYBs will be the replacements for these shocks when they wear out.
