Pro Comp 122500 ES1000 Series Shock with Black Boot

These shocks were installed at the back of my 1989 Isuzu Pickup. The truck was sitting on factory shocks with 140k miles on them and was hoping this would be a dramatic change. Well I got what I expected, but not so much in a good way. These shocks ride very firm on my truck, and although the originals were on their last leg I found them slightly more comfortable. Installation however was very easy and these appear to be a direct fit oem replacement.

I have installed Pro Comp ES1000 shocks on my last 2 vehicles (F150 and Jeep). They are a good product with a good price. Ride is definitely better than stock, but a little firmer than other standard (Monroe, etc.) shocks. I will continue to use Pro Comps on all my trucks and Jeeps.

I bought these for a 1990 Dodge Dakota 2wd. They've been on my truck for about for 18 month now and I drove 30000 miles with them without any issue and they still feel like new. Perfect feet.

Looks nice...and now...I can load a lot of woods, for my grandmother.

Did not fit my jeep commando even though it was advertised it would, will never order another part for my jeep again from Amazon

I attempted to put this on but the fronts are two inches two short. Wondering if i can exchange fronts for right length
