Love these. They are super salty but they are supposed to be! I teach heated Pilates and yoga classes and a packet in your water bottle for these heated classes (before, during or after) is a MUST to replace electrolytes. Budget friendly version of other brands!

I have a condition that makes this amount of sodium in an electrolyte drink beneficial, so I was very excited to find this brand. A lot of other brands that contain the same nutritional contents cost a LOT more, and that’s not sustainable for me personally if I drink them daily. The price of these is great for what you’re getting. I enjoyed all of these flavors, even the ones I wasn’t expecting to, it’s a nice variety. I mix these with 32 oz of water and they still have a salty taste to them, but I personally like that. I’ve already repurchased this for a second time.

Love the flavors! Great for hydration. I have one every day and always look forward to it! My kids love for sports hydration too!

I haven't tried all the flavors in this pack yet but I can tell you my two favorite or watermelon and strawberry these things you can tell they have the electrolytes in them you can tell they have salt in them sodium I would say these if you are exercising and you're new to exercising and you need some electrolytes in your body or else you'll die these are the way to go if you're on a budget they're vegan they're gluten-free they are keto they're pretty much everything I think they're non-GMO good quality I like that it is color-free so like no dyes which is better for everyone's body appreciate you guys doing that I believe that the absorption is pretty good in this but I haven't tested it could be a little stronger maybe I don't know about vitamin content but these are pretty f****** good for like $12 you really can't beat it I don't think and if you could I would be worried about the quality of the other stuff I wish you could get more of the sticks for what you pay on this it seems a little outrageous but with the prices of all the other stuff out there for different brands of these sticks it's not incredibly horrible also it would be nice if on the packaging of the stick that it would like inspire you to work out more and to do lunges or to do whatever other exercise or just inspirational quotes or just others things you know Make your product more interesting and cool I wish these would have more different vitamins that people need for exercising and for sweating a lot there we probably need more vitamins than what's in these but you can probably make do with these I wish it was a little bit easier to tell what flavors what when you open up the box but other than that it's pretty easy maybe like have a box that see-through a little bit she threw window

If on a budget, great taste and good for you, multi flavor I have been using these for 6 months to a year, I feel there just as good as LMNT

I stocked up since they were on sale. Great value! I’ve got Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. POTS and need to take a lot of electrolytes. I would not be able to function without these. I’ve tried many different kinds and this by far helps me physically as well as my bank account. My two favorite flavors are grapefruit and strawberry.

Almost tasteless (compared to other one bottle packets) but it does hydrate. Good packaging
