The best of all flavours
I like all the flavours from The Whole Truth, but the Pista Badam Shake stands out. It’s easily the best in terms of taste. I used to be a big fan of the coffee flavour because it had a mild taste, but this one is different. It isn’t mild in taste, yet it’s genuinely tasty. I actually look forward to sipping it slowly instead of finishing it in one go like before.

Better than the others...
I've always had a problem with the taste of the protein powders, but this one was by far a lot, lot better. The only problem is the pieces of nuts in it. I still do not like the taste and so the nuts force me to take breaks and then have to relive the taste time and again. But overall, would definitely try the other flavours of this too. About the effectiveness, well just like other powders, I have not idea. Will have to wait and watch.

Light weight, pleasant taste
Pleasant in taste, light weight, easy on the tummy and has real pistachio and almond bits in it. Good for people like me who can’t stand the taste of regular protein powders on the market.

The taste is not that great. It’s has a mild taste and feels light. The pista flavour is good with flakes but this is very difficult to swallow when u workout
