Decent quality, tidy stitching, soft enough to sew.
Nice patch, well put together. No loose threads, and the patch is flexible enough to move with the cloth it's attached to. It's not too thick for putting a few stitches in to secure it. I received exactly what I ordered, and the seller got the patches to me in a reasonable delivery window. I'm very satisfied.
