I just received these today, so I will update if anything changes. The LENOX Abilene 112 piece set of silverware is so lovely! With a very pretty appearance and nice weight (not flimsy or too heavy). After doing MUCH research, I decided to order this set, and I'm SOOO glad I did. Really, really, good price for such a large set ($103). I would definitely recommend this set to anyone looking for everyday or event silverware. It is very versatile! It came packaged so well! Each piece is in its own individual bag and then rubber banded together. Some also have bubble wrap around them. The pictures just don't do it justice. If you're on the edge, and not sure what to order, I promise you won't be disappointed in this beautiful set!!!

El diseño es atemporal y son ideales para cualquier ocasión o como regalo para amantes de la decoración de mesas. Los he usado múltiples ocasiones y siguen pareciendo nuevos.

I bought the Bellevue pattern after receiving and returning a flatware set that cost half as much but was of inferior quality and had oversize utensils. While I question why Lenox flatware needs to be treated with kid gloves in order to avoid rust, I am doing so two weeks into my purchase. So far, so good. I use non citrus based dish soap and dishwasher soap, ensure that no other metals are touching the flatware in the dishwasher, and ensure that all utensils are well dried if I wash them by hand. Honestly, this is almost as much work as using sterling silver. However, the flatware pieces have good heft, are as shiny as sterling, comfortable to hold, and are “normal” size. I have no idea why 18/10 flatware can’t be treated as cavalierly we used to treat it, but given the many reviews here about rust, I’m taking no chances. A bit overpriced, I am nonetheless happy with my Lenox flatware so far.
