Audio was soo good and mic quality wass amazing and i feel slightly ear pain after use of 30mins then we need to talk about the quality of the earphones i give a 2 star rating only for a quality if you use two day while sleeping it will get damaged over all i give a 3

In 2025, I faced an issue where the buttons stopped working, but Apple’s service was excellent—they replaced the product without any questions, which really shows their reliability. I’ve been using the replacement since then, and it’s still performing perfectly. Comfortable fit, great mic quality, and consistent performance. Highly recommended if you want a reliable wired earphone with solid sound and strong after-sales support.
