A better alternative to the Gatorade zero
It's a great product and definitely helps with recovery. I'm supposed to be taking some before bedtime, so I can't really complain. I would highly recommend it to anyone that's just looking for something clean. If you're feeling like you had a good workout or if you just need to stay hydrated a little bit better, it's a great product. It's very salty, so just an FYI for those that dislike salty things. It definitely gets a lot of nutrition.

Great electrolyte drink!
Great product, purchased for my daughter for the long practices in the heat. No cramping or issues with dehydration. I’ve used it for my workouts and it is great. It does separate so make sure you shake the bottle then drink to get the full benefit. Taste is good, pricing is on par with the other quality electrolyte drinks. Gatorade doesn’t come close.

Solid drink!
I can feel my body hydrating on the first sip. Strawberry flavor is excellent. This doesn’t have caffeine but it’s so hydrating I usually get a natural burst of energy

Hydration supplement
I ordered as a supplement to support a carnivore diet. The flavor was great and not overpowering and was easy to mix. This was a little more expensive than other options but totally worth the price.
