Ok. We ALL know how expensive PS4 remotes are. Even a well-known big chain store has the wireless ones starting at $60!! With a VERY active teen gamer--remotes need replaced every now and again.Sadly, I had JUST bought one of the big store remotes and didn't want to continue to pay such a ridiculous amount!The first thing I noticed was the WARRANTY! Life? Perfect! Then, the price. Wow!! 😮 Very reasonable. Lastly, all the POSITIVE REVIEWS! What more could a customer want? I immediately ordered one.The remote is made similar to that of the Xbox but less weighty. If the size is an issue, look for the typical sized ones. It came with a charging cord and colorful thumb stick grips you can put on for comfort. Nice EXTRAS!!It worked upon hooking it up but then needed a software update, which directions came by email. It was tricky to put in the code and soon, I couldn't get the remote to work properly. On top of that, upon hooking in headphones--the sound was muted almost.I emailed seller for suggestions on how to fix the issues. They were so kind!! They asked if I wanted to just try a replacement that was more like the typical version. No return shipping to deal with, for me! Wow! Thank you. I figured I'd have to wait a bit but the replacement was in the mail ASAP!! I was shocked when it arrived a few days later. They said not to mess with updating it, that they would have all done for me.We plugged it in. PERFECTION!! It works brilliantly and the sound is great no matter the type of headphones used!!Packaging was terrific!! Lately, Amazon had been failing with their packing methods! This company knows what they're doing.Yes, the replacement came as a complete set, again. Charging cord and thumb stick grips!Bravo!! If you’re in the market for a ps4 controller that feels more substantial in your hands this is a good choice. I’ve always felt that PlayStation controllers feel awkward, and even though the DualShock 4 is a great controller, this one still delivers just as much with a tighter button layout that feels more like a normal controller. The triggers and bumpers feel pretty good and it all fits well in the hand, pretty ergonomic shape. Only big complaint is it tends to sometimes disconnect if unplugged.

A good little controller that was compatible with our PS4, however ours kept disconnecting from the system after a few minutes of non-use (when watching Netflix or PSVUE) which became quite annoying, plus wouldn’t stay charged very long. I’m sure we just happened to get a faulty controller, but we ended up sending it back and buying an extra Sony PS4 wireless controller.

Does exactly what it is expected to do. More boxy than a dualshock and smaller so won't be comfortable for everyone's hands (works great for me but my husband isn't comfortable with it). Also has less battery life than a dualshock controller from Playstation.

I ordered this remote for my sons. We have ordered other name brands for much higher price and were junk. This remote was a great price and is working great. When we need another remote I will only buy from here Thanks
