The only way they will let you activate is if you give them your personal bank or credit card numbers and they also ask for the order number from where you got the thing off amazon!!!!!!! I had to call Speedtalk customer care and 1st off I could hear a baby cry in the background among other random conventions in the back as well on their end of the call and anyway besides that. then when I told them I would not be giving any kinda personal info to them over the phone or on the net, the guy then started to yell at me (YES, YELL AT ME!!!) and tell me that I had no choice cause I already paid then $5 for the thing!! So I then went on to tell him that I have had a prepaid phone for about 15 years or so through Boost Mobile and have never been asked these personal questions in all this time that I have been with them or from any of the other PRE-PAID phones I've had in my life and that I do have a choice of what I want to do with my personal info and told him to "watch this choice i just made" and I hung up on him only to have him call my personal cell phone back about 10 times in a roll then I kept getting calls from that same number throughout the rest of the day and almost all day the next day that same number kept calling me so I answered it and it was the same guy and he said something like "it was about time I picked up and that he was going to keep calling me till I did so told him that if he did keep calling me that I would have no choice but to call the LAW and I hung up on him then had to block the number. THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL THEIR PRODUCT ON HERE OR ANYWHERE FOR THAT MATTER!!!!

The SIM card arrived quickly and was incredibly easy to set up. Activation took just a few minutes online, with clear instructions provided. I had service up and running almost immediately with no issues. Great option for anyone looking for a hassle-free setup!

This is a waste of money! Bought a smart watch (a good quality somewhat expensive watch) for my 8 yr old son so we could contact each other, he can have access to emergency services if anything happened, and I could track his location. This allows him to go to his friends and the park by our house without me being so worried. Bought this SIM card so we could use all the features on the smart watch. They advertise no commitment plans with great service/coverage. When activating it requires bank account info for automatic monthly plan charges. Was fine with that and it automatically charged for the next month as well when I activated this card. Once activated the service doesn’t even work in most places. No internet, phone, etc. it’s basically a watch that can’t be set to the right time due to no service. I go in the app and cannot even set an alarm because there is no wireless connection. It worked with one bar in one place in my house. A lot of good that does! Can’t even set up WiFi without service on watch to send the signal from the app. Now I have to cancel this service and get a network like AT&T that actually has good service. Don’t even waste your money. Get a nano sim through a reliable service carrier and save yourself the trouble that comes with these speed talk cards.

This is just what i needed for my smartwatch. I got the $11 plan and its been working just perfectly. Easy set up and easier activation. I love it.

I know we're not going to get new numbers but recycle ones, but wow my kids were getting calls, text messages for deliveries and some of them were just a pain and on top of that we get overcharged for time used, my kids called me about 10 times and texted me more than that, it said $5.00 a month not $15.00

The product over all is ok, Instalation process is t the most user friendly. And the speed talk customer service is non-existent. They tell you to trouble shoot on your own or where you are isn’t in their cell service and they don’t listen to the problem you are having they tell you they will send you trouble shooting steps to solve the issue yourself and you aren’t in a service area and have multiple times told me my child’s 4G watch is a 2G watch which is why it isn’t working but it is a 4G watch. The price for the service isn’t bad, but lord help if you need to contact someone at speed talk and get help. If you are able to add a line to your current provider I would highly recommend that over this. It would be worth $10-$20 a month to have a provider that cares.

Was recommended by the wrist watch phone I bought but did not work with that phone as I'm in Canada and it did not state this beforehand had to go with Kudo but that worked this product though not for me
