I am fond of this keyboard. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is the necessity of switching between arrow key and /? mode. It is a bit noisy. I had a Boyi from the covid timeframe (2020-21) that had a soldered keyboard and I spilled tea on it and ruined it. That one was a "better," quieter keyboard. I had good luck with Boyi there, so I purchased this one. This was the only Boyi available. I didn't think much about the cherry blossom theme (the picture on Amazon doesn't quite do it justice). Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, but I confess, I love it. It is really attractive. The keys are not backlit or transparent, but I can accept that because they are so pretty. I did download the programmability software from Boyi, but have not done much with it. I wanted some way to indicate with lighting when I was in arrow mode, but wasn't able to program it (yet?). The keyboard is actually a tiny bit smaller than my other Boyi was. It's perfect for travel. 60 keyboards aren't everyone's cup of tea (this is not an intentional play on words referencing how I destroyed my old one), but I've taken to them and gotten used to the 60 layout. I have a more upscale aluminum Keychron 60 that is quieter, but a bear to lug around (even the box is considerably bigger). Honestly, I prefer this cheaper Boyi keyboard; if I could get away with the clicky noise in the work office when I'm on the road, I'd use this one instead. The box it comes in isn't as sturdy or accessible as the one for my original Boyi that I spilled tea on. I use that other box when I travel. Good value.
