Very cute little teapot
This is a fantastic little teapot which is very easy to clean but also very chic. I found the sellers extremely helpful and always replied to any queries I had. Highly recommended if you want a teapot for one.

Love it
Love this teapot. Great design and quite delicate .I have started to drink loose leaf green tea and this teapot with it's big infuser lets the tea expand to it fullest. I am able to use the tea again to make another cuppa. It's the smallest of the Hario teapot, great for one person. It makes a big mug of tea or two small cups. The service from Japan was also great. It took about 2 weeks to arrive but was well worth the wait! I would recommend this teapot.

Easily my favourite tea pot, good value for money
This is the fourth tea pot I have used. It has quickly become my favourite. The large infuser gives so much room for the tea leaves to expand and 'breathe.' I find this makes a small but noticeable difference to the taste for all teas. The difference is more pronounced if you use the "Gong Fu" style of brewing, which works well with Oolong and Pu-erh teas. As I am an avd fan of Oolong teas, I have quickly grown to love this tea pot. But wait! There is more! I have found both the pot and infuser alot easier to clean than my previous "for life" tea pot, mostly owing to its shape. The aesthetics of the glass design adds to the tea-making experience in a way that I had no anticipated. I feel like I am using a more expensive tea pot when I use this! Lastly, the item was packaged with plentiful bubble wrap but did take a month to arrive. This didn't really bother me conisdering how cheap the delivery was. Overall, I am very pleased with this teapot and would not hesitate to recommend it to a friend.

Pours like a dream
No splashing or dripping down the side of the teapot. This pours like an expensive teapot! Couldn't be happier! The filter basket fits perfectly in a mug too for convenience.

makes a nice cuppa and pours well unlike some teapots
Arrived intact, makes a nice cuppa and pours well unlike some teapots, the strainer is useful as it makes disposing of the used tea relatively easy.

perfect
Perfect for my loose herbal tea. Leaves have plenty of room, just the right size for one cup.

I'd have liked something smaller for small quantity and multiple times brewing style. It's a lovely teapot. It's sturdier than other glass teapots I have. Really good quality, small size glass tea pot. The mesh is good, the lid does slide, every type of glass tea pot has the lid sliding issue. It has a more convenient pour than a spouted teapot. All things considered, it's a lovely teapot.

****UPDATED REVIEW**** We like the small teapot so much we returned to purchase the largest version. I had a chance to use it today while at my desk all day. The fat, round base allows heating on a plate warmer easily. The size is perfect for one person for all day. Now my favorite pots (smallest & largest versions). ***ORIGINAL REVIEW**** I've spent YEARS trying out different teapots and dislike most. This one is very nicely built and small enough for a personal pot of tea. The included basket is big enough for a personal-sized tablespoon of tea to expand while brewing. The handle is a delight--sturdy but big enough to fit two or three fingers through for stable tilting. One of my biggest pet peeves with teapots is the spout. I despise dribbling because I'm usually using the pot at my desk while I work and don't need important papers wet by dripping pots. So far, I haven't found any dribbling pouring tea from this pot's spout. And an added, unexpected bonus: unlike the similarly shaped pot from a rival company this is replacing whose lid was so flimsy I was always afraid it would break, THIS pot's lid is thick and heavy, with built-in gas exchange rivets so you could pour while the cover is on. I wouldn't recommend that, though, since the lid could slide off and break. I like this pot so much I may replace my other 4-cup glass pot with the large version of this. My present large pot has a little spout that's a mess to clean. This pot's style is VERY easy to clean. Another bonus.
