The combination charging clock radio is a solid product, at the best price I found. But the thing that really sets it apart is the excellent customer service! I had an issue and within an hour of my email, I had answers! The customer service people provided some suggestions, and I tried a couple workarounds. When those didn't work and I contacted them back, I had a new unit shipped out that day! This kind of service is rare these days. To me, a company that stands behind their products and provides incredibly fast service, is as important as the product itself. This unit has a phone charger on top, radio, clock, sound machine, color changing night light, and is completely dimmable for all lighting functions. Lots of good sounds that are useful for sleeping and background noise. The instructions are clear and large enough to read. The stereo sound is rich and clear. An all-around solid product for the best price available. I will look for this particular company's products in the future. By the way, they provide a lifetime warranty on the unit!

I did a lot of searching for a good alarm clock and glad I landed on this one. It’s easy to use, easy to set up, and is efficient and functional. At risk of sounding like the oldest millennial on the planet, the numbers are large and easy to see in the dark without being too bright because of the auto dim features. The fact that I can wake up to FM stereo instead of 3 horrid beeping noises is pretty sweet (and somehow rare to find these days). The wireless charging works well. Lastly, the sleep sounds actually sound good and aren’t super abrasive or fake. Couple weeks in and I’m actually waking up on time. The old sunrise clock I had never once helped with that because the beeping got too familiar. Overall, good clock. Money well spent. Highly recommend.

Great find for me - I love the large, clear (but not glaring) numbers and really like the auto dim feature - the display automatically dims from 10 pm to 7 am. This clock does everything and allowed me to clear all other tech off my night table. The radio alarm feature works well for except you should be aware that it turns off after 20 minutes. Most clock radios I’ve ever had would play radio for an hour. I have actually found this helpful, however, so no downgrading from me on that one! I would give this 5 stars except for 2 issues: all the buttons are on the back of the unit and it’s awkward to turn the alarm on and off. The charging is handy - both wired and wireless options - but it is very slow. I can charge my phone 3x faster elsewhere. The unit is attractive and compact for something that does so much. I’m very happy with it despite my 2 complaints. I’ve also used it as a Bluetooth speaker and it performed well.

Very nice clock radio with 2 alarm settings, phone charger and white noise. Everything was easy to figure out and it works great. Company is very customer oriented with a lifetime warranty. I’m very happy.

It is a nice piece. Does everything it says. There are some very obvious "made in china" issues...ie the sounds scroll between 501 and 525..like why🤷‍♀️. The speaker is absolutely junk. My Samsung phone sounds better. I would say the price point is not worth it and I am considering returning.

Got this for mom, who has some vision problems. It was very easy to set up. The numbers are nice and big, easy for her to see. It dims great for sleeping.

This is not intuitive to program. Only a chatbot could help a bit. The controls are in the back bars to read hard to figure out. As you noticed there is a pop up that says it is a frequently returned item. It seems clear to me why. But I’ve kept it mostly unplugged for far too long.
